The Self Treatment is essential for our well-being, and in our daily routine. Our health is our own responsibility. Its practice extends far beyond the “mandatory” 21 days of self-cleansing.

Above all, Reiki, as well as any spiritual and holistic practice, is a way of living, and loving, in consciousness and constant connection with the Source and All there exists. And it all begins within us, by practicing self-Love.

For your comfort, I recommend the position of lying down, with the knees bended, or sitting, to work the 9 chakras more easily.

The Satori Rei Self Treatment sequence differs from the tradicional Reiki technique. It follows the natural energy flow and chakras empowerment dynamic, as explained in better detail in the article: “The 9 Chakras”.

1st step: Heart (The Source)
In the system Satori Rei, the Heart is not a chakra, but our Singularity, the start point of our physical creation, and the Energy Source within every being.
